Florida Governor Ron Desantis said Andrew and Tristan Tate are not welcome in the state as the brothers’ plane landed from Romania.
“No, Florida is not a place where you are welcome with that kind of behavior,” he said. “Our attorney general, James Uthmeier, looks at which state hooks and jurisdictions we should deal with with this.”
After his plane landed, Tate said he was “innocent until he was proven guilty” and that he was not convicted of any crimes.
An official has confirmed that prosecutors have lifted their travel ban, and it is understood that they left the country shortly after 5am local time from Baneasa Airport.
The controversial influencer (38) and his brother, 36, are facing a series of criminal charges in the country, including rape, trafficking and the exploitation of women.
Tate, a self -described misoginist, was recently released from house arrest, but may not leave Romania. Both brothers have denied any offense throughout and have faced further legal battles in both the UK and the US.
They were vocal supporters of President Donald Trump, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania recently denying that the US Administration has put pressure on Bucharest to lift travel restrictions.
Court Rules in favor of tates
A Romania court ruled yesterday in favor of an appeal by Andrew and Tristan Tate to uplift the seizure of multiple assets, according to their spokeswoman Matea Petrescu.
The assets include six luxury vehicles, land and properties and company shares. All the previously frozen bank accounts are inexplicable, she said.
“While some assets remain under precaution, this decision is an important step towards justice,” she added.

“I just know nothing about it,” Trump says about Tats’s visit
US President Donald Trump said he knew nothing about his administration that was pushing the Romanian government to release Andrew or Tristan Tate.
Mr. Trump told reporters in the Oval Office yesterday that he does not know anything about the circumstances: ‘I just don’t know anything about it. We’ll go and see it. We will let you know. “
The departure of the Tates came after Romanian Foreign Minister Emil Hurezeanu said this month that an official of Trump administration expressed interest in the brothers’ case at the recent Munich security conference.
The minister insisted that no pressure be applied to lift restrictions on the tates after a Financial Times report on the meeting caused a stir in Romania.

What criminals and civil business does Andrew Tate do in the face?
The couple was arrested for the first time by the Romanian authorities for the first time, and is facing trial over the allegations of minors trading, sexual intercourse with minor and money laundering. They deny all the demands.
A separate case against them, in which they are accused of human trafficking and the formation of a criminal gang to sexually exploit women, has been returned to prosecutors.
The brothers, who both have double UK-American nationality, are also subject to a European arrest order insured by Bedfordshire police for rape and human trafficking allegations. Those allegations, which “unequivocally deny” the two brothers, date back to 2012-2015.
Four women also accused Tate of rape and forced control and brought a civil claim against him in the United Kingdom.
It is understood that the brothers are still being investigated and is expected to return to Romania at the end of March. Earlier this year, their lawyer Eugen Vidineac said the brothers were “committed to cleaning their names and reputation”.

Tate Brothers’ journey to us is a ‘slap in the face’, says law firm
The law firm that represents a woman who filed a civil claim against the Tate brothers in the US said the end of his travel ban is a ‘slap in the face’.
The National Center for Sexual Exploitation Senior Vice President and Director of the Dani Pinter Right Center said: “It seems clear that the US has intervened in Romania to help the Tate brothers being prosecuted because of sex trafficking about 35 women, including minors. It is a slap in the face of all the victims of the Tate brothers, especially the US victim who is not protected by her country.
“On the same day when the Epstein list is released, the US government facilitates the US shelter for well-covenant predators. How are our memories so short? Epstein was also investigated in 2008 and prosecuted when the DOJ intervened to give him a darling agreement. Like Epstein, there is documented evidence that the Tate Brothers abused minors.
“We won’t stop fighting for Jane Doe and all the victims of Andrew and Tristan Tate. We demand that the United States investigate and prosecute the Tate brothers for the sexual exploitation of minors abroad and sex trade. ”
The woman, who is an American citizen, filed the complaint in Florida after the Tate Brothers filed a lawsuit against her for working with the Romanian authorities.
