Amtrak’s Cascades route now bus only between Vancouver and Seattle

Amtrak’s Vancouver-to-Seattle service department was closed for more than two years during the Covid-19 pandemic and returned to service in March 2023. HorizonRailcars was built in the late 1980s by Canadian company Bombardier, about 35 years old.
