The triple murderer Erin Patterson has been photographed for the first time since she was accused of a fatal lunch of fungi.
Patterson, 50, appeared in person in the Supreme Court of Victoriana today for a hearing before his next trial.
He wore a green sweater, black pants and black sandals.
Patterson is accused of killing his former in -laws, Don and Gail Patterson, both 70 years old, and Gail’s sister, Heather Wilkinson, 66.
The three died in the hospital days after consuming a supposedly deadly fungus meal in the house of Leongatha de Patterson, in South Gippsland, on July 29, 2023.
She is also accused of the attempted murder of Wilkinson’s husband, Ian, 68.
Wilkinson spent almost two months being treated at the Austin Hospital, including the time spent in a coma.
Patterson declared himself innocent of three murder positions and the attempted murder in the Court of Magistrates of the Latrobe Valley in May 2024.
She must be trial later in April.
