A babysitter who tried to assure a child who had no monster under the bed was horrified to find a man hidden there, police said in the state of Kansas in the United States.
The 27 -year -old suspect, who previously lived in the direction, but was forbidden to visit for a restriction order, fled the house near the city of Great Bend on Monday night and was arrested the next day.
The Barton County Sheriff’s office said this week that the incident took place when the babysitter was getting used to the children and one “complained that there was a ‘monster’ under the bed.”
“When the victim tried to show the child that there was nothing under the bed, he found himself face to face with a male suspect who was hiding there,” he said in a statement.
The Sheriff’s office added that a child was demolished in a fight between the nanny and the man, who left the house before being arrested in the same area the next morning.
The man, appointed by the Police as Martin Villalobos Junior, was arrested for several positions, which include kidnapping, robbery, battery and child danger.
It was held in the Barton County prison attached to a bail of US $ 500,000 ($ 793,900), said the Sheriff’s office.
