Windsor Police Department investigators are seeking help from the public to identify drivers in crash conflicts involving pedestrians.
The incident took place on Sunday night on the west side of the city.
Windsor police said a male pedestrian was hit by a silver or grey sedan before 10 p.m. on March 23 as he was trying to cross the road on California Avenue and west of Wyandotte Street.

Police said the driver of the sedan was not staying at the scene and did not provide any help to the injured man.
Pedestrians were taken to the hospital by emergency medical staff, which police said was lifeless injury.
The vehicle is believed to cause damage to the front end.
Windsor police posted surveillance footage of suspicious vehicles on social media.
Investigators urge anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, or may have dashboard lenses or residential/commercial video surveillance to provide information that can help identify the driver or vehicle.
