Two former nurses will appear in the Court for the first time on Wednesday, accused of a video supposedly anti -Semitic filmed while the couple worked at a Sydney hospital.
Ahmad Rashad Nadir, and Sarah Abu Lebdeh, both 27 years old, arrived at international headlines in February after a couple of the couple boasted to kill Israeli patients at Bankstown hospital, in western Sydney went viral.
Mr. Nadir and Mrs. Abu Lebdeh are expected to appear in the local Downing Center for the first time on Wednesday morning.
Mr. Nadir has been accused of using a transport service for threat, harassing or offending and having a prohibited drug.
Mrs. Abu Lebdeh was accused of threatening violence to a group, using a transport service to threaten to kill and use a transport service for threat, harass or offend.
Both nurses were removed by NSW Health as soon as they were identified.
In the two and a half minutes video recorded by the Israeli influencer Max Veifer, creator of Israeli content, the nurses are shown threatening to kill the Israelis who came to the hospital.

Mr. Veifer often uses Chatleletka and Omegle, online platforms that combine users in random video chats, to expose instances of anti -Semitism and also to learn English.
“Ahh,” says Nadir. “I will be really honest with you, you really have very, very beautiful eyes.
“But I’m so upset that you’re Israeli … eventually they will kill you and you’re going to Jahannam (demons).
The exchange is quickly heated when Veifer explains that it served in the IDF (Israeli Defense Force).
The voice of a woman can be heard outside the camera that says: “You killed innocent people.”
The woman’s voice continues: “So you kill innocent people to protect your country?
Mr. Veifer then asked the couple: “How are their doctors?”
Abu Lebdeh supposedly told Mr. Veifer that he wanted to “remember my face so he can understand that he will die the most disgusting death.”

Mr. Veifer then begins to ask “let’s say that an Israeli, God does not want it …”
“I will not treat them, I will kill them,” says Mrs. Abu Lebdeh.
“I don’t want God, I wait for God.”
“Will you kill them?” Mr. Veifer is heard asking.
Mr. Nadir then said: “Ok, you have no idea how many dogs Haram Israelí came to this hospital and (makes a throat sliding movement) I send them to Jahannam.”
“Really?
After the identification of Mr. Nadir in February, Strike Force Pearl assaulted his house and confiscated several articles.
Mr. Nadir was taken to the hospital a few hours later due to mental health problems.
