The emergency services were called to a house in Ashridge Road in Darra on April 3, 2024, to inform that an 11 -month -old baby was unconscious and did not breathe.
Later, the baby was declared dead on the scene.
Since then, a police investigation, Operation Whiskey Nocturne, has been underway.
The detectives today accused a 63 -year -old Darra woman.
She must appear at the Richlands magistrates court on June 4.
