Man arrested for alleged arson at New Mexico Tesla dealership: FBI – National

The U.S. Department of Justice said on Monday it had alleged that one had allegedly carried out two arson attacks on the Republican headquarters in New Mexico and Tesla dealerships in the state.

The criminal complaint dated April 12 charged Jamison Wagner with arson. In any event, no one was injured.

The complaint said the first arson occurred on February 9 at the Tesla dealership in Albuquerque, and the second was held on March 30 at the Republican headquarters, also in Albuquerque. Investigators found graffiti about the Republican building, which read: “ICE = KKK”, which is clearly a reference for U.S. immigration and customs enforcement.
