Katy Perry blew to space with five other women in the first female spacecraft in more than sixty years.

The firework singer has from West Texas on a Origin Rocket before becoming the first artist to sing in space.

Author Lauren Sanchez, the fiancé of the owner of Blue Origin and Amazon founder, flew next to Perry. Jeff BezosJournalist and TV presenter Gayle King, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen, former rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, and filmmaker Kerianne Flynn.

When asked why she chose the song, she said, ‘It’s not about me or that I sing my songs, it’s about a collective energy.

The descent

Three parachutes on their capsule opened to bring them back to earth safely, and just before they landed, an air cushion blew a cloud of dust in the desert in Western Texas, which gave a dramatic appearance.

“I’m excited as I am, I would be very happy when we returned,” the nervous kite king said before the lifting.

When she left the commuting, the presenter kissed the floor and said, “Thank you, Jesus”.

She said it was “strangely quiet” in space, and it reminds her that people should “do better and be better” on earth.

“It was the most incredible experience in my life to be there and see such great darkness in space and look down on our planet,” Flynn says through tears.

“The moon was so beautiful and I felt like it was a special gift just for me,” she said.
