An activist known as “Stop Brexit Man” was came from a police ban after playing anti-conservative and anti-Brexit music outside Parliament.
Steve Bray, 56, of Port Talbot, South Wales, played changes from the Muppet Show and Darth Father’s theme before the then Prime Minister last year Rishi Sunak arrived for Pmq’s.
After the innocent verdict on Monday at the Westminster Magistrate’s Court, Mr. Bray looked at his supporters in the public gallery, one of whom gave him an inch.

Mr. Bray, who represented himself, denied the charge and told a previous hearing that music was part of his ‘fundamental right to protest’ and it was played ‘sporadic’ rather than all day.
He was not convicted of failure without reasonable excuse to comply with a direction given under the Reformation of Police Reform and Social Responsibility 2011.
