The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said the tour company whose sight helicopter crashed in New York – which left six people dead.
The pilot and a family of five Spanish touristsincluding three children, is in the accident in the Hudson River Last Thursday.
The move came hours after Senator Chuck Schumer, New York, called on the federal authorities to recall the New York Helicopter Tours industry permits.
Mr. Schumer said: ‘One of the things we can do to honor the lives and try to save others is to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
“We know that there is one thing for certainty about the helicopter tour companies in New York – they have a deadly track record.”

Passengers Agustin Escobar, 49, his wife Merce Camprubi Montal, 39, and their three children, Victor, four, Mercedes, eight, and Agustin (10) died in Thursday’s accident.
The pilot, Seankese Johnson, 36, a US naval veteran who received his commercial pilot license in 2023, also died.
The FAA said it would revise the company’s operating license and safety record.
