Miami – President Donald Trump has gone into constant applause and cheers from a crowd of thousands present at an UFC event on Saturday night, shaking with supporters against the backdrop of fans who waved their hats on the trademark Maga.
Just as Trump came in, he congratulated the podcast presenter Joe Rogan, who sat to the right of the president. On the other side of Trump was Elon Musk, a billionaire and the head of the Ministry of Government Efficiency. Trump, who focuses on his dark suit with a bright yellow tie, pumps a fist into the air, promoting cheers of “business care”.
He brought several members of his administration and the White House team, including the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., FBR Kash Patel, Director of National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabard and White House Communication Assistants Stephen Cheng and Taylor Budovic. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and US Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas, have also joined Trump for the UFC 314.
Trump entered the arena with UFC President Dana White, with whom he has been nearly decades. He was also accompanied by his granddaughter Kai Trump, daughter of Donald Trump, Jr.
The Republican President is a long -time UFC fan and a sports enthusiast who often attends large matches. The battle for mixed martial arts at the Miami Casie Center was the first visit to Trump’s UFC, as he took office in January and came weeks after Trump attended the Saudi Liv -sponsored golf tournament at his golf club in Miami.
In an additional nod to his sports enthusiasm, Trump also attended the Super Bowl and Daytona 500 after taking office. He was sitting in a cage in the battle of the UFC Championship in New York last November, shortly after winning the 2024 election.
In addition to the president, the main event for the UFC 314 match is a championship match between former Australian champion Alexander Volkanovski and Brazilian fighter Diego Lopez, who compete for the title of the championship in a feather. This is the fourth UFC event in Miami, in a county that supported the president with about 11 percentage points in the November election.
The president arrived at West Palm Beach on Friday for his 10th visit to South Florida since he became president, spending the evening at his Mar-Lgo mansion in Palm Beach. He flew to Miami after playing golf at his club at West Palm Beach.
“Do you know who will win? Dana White. Dana White will win,” Trump told reporters on Saturday night aboard Air Force One.
His narrow belonging to the UFC helped to strengthen his presidential campaign in 2024 among the young men’s voters before the November election, where he made the promotion of hypermascal tones signature of the campaign.
