Windsor is ongoing a trial for a Brampton driver charged in a multiple car accident on Lakeshore Highway 401, who claimed the lives of his siblings.
Lovepreet Singh, 29, is charged with two counts of dangerous motor vehicle danger, resulting in death related to September 23, 2022 -Syed Mehdi Hussin Bokhari of Syed Mehdi Hussin Bokhari and 62-year-old Syeda Samina Sudhra Bokhari of Calgary.

Singh pleaded not guilty to the charges at the start of the trial against High Court Justice Bruce Thomas, which is expected to continue until next week.
The court opened in the Open Prosecution case on Monday, showing the instrument segment that led to the deadly collision, which shot was on the eastbound lane near the eastbound lane at 27 County Road around 7:24 p.m.
“The dash camera captures videotapes of motor vehicle collisions, which is the subject of the allegations in court,” said Bryan Pillon, an assistant royal attorney.
The vehicles involved in the collision include a 2019 white Freightliner tractor with a connected white utility trailer; the 2022 white Toyota Corolla; and the 2016 Black Subaru Legacy. Both were dead – siblings who traveled from Windsor to Toronto and residents of Toyota – were pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck driver Singh was taken to the hospital and suffered life-threatening injuries. Residents of Subaru Heritage – Family members of victims who also traveled to Toronto received minor injuries at the scene.

Singh was arrested in Mississauga a month later on October 21.
On the night of the crash, driver Paul Navratnarajah was driving a sprint truck for Windsor JBJ truck equipped with a dashboard.
“The dash camera captured the videotape of the motor vehicle crash, which was the subject of the allegations in court,” Pilon said. “On September 24, Mr. Navratnarajah contacted police and said his vehicle captured the above footage.”
On the opening day of the trial, video showed two passenger cars driving on the right eastbound lane of the highway at the moment of the crash until a transport vehicle hit the Toyota rear end.
Syeda Samina Sudhra Bokhari’s son Hassan Ali Syed was killed, driving a black Subaru before Toyota Corolla. He testified on Monday that he saw trucks heading towards them from behind “fast speed.”
“The truck hit a white car and the white car hit the black car I was driving,” Said said. “I just felt the explosion.
“I’m going to turn a little right and I think that’s probably why the car goes into the ditch.”
The experiment continues.
