Toulouse, France – The start of the European Rugby Champions League match in Toulouse was postponed after a skydiver carrying a game ball tangled on the roof of the stadium.

When the right side of his blue and white parachute was trapped on a part of the roof, he quickly descended, leaving him hanging about 15 meters above a portion of the fans.
Many videos posted on X show two firefighters finally reaching the impact jumper through a long ladder extending from the fire truck.

The skydiver was reportedly a French soldier.

When the crowd saw that he was safe, he seemed unharmed and helped them unravel the chute.
After the firefighters finally pulled the last parachute from the roof, they were sent to a huge clapping, which in turn attracted the crowd’s applause.
After a 40-minute delay, the match between Toulouse and the British team sold was held.
