The Windsor Police Department has arrested a 25-year-old man who was shot at a home near downtown this week.
Police responded to a report that a woman had a gun at a residence in the 1200 block of East Riverside was found with a gunshot wound on the arm shortly after 3 a.m. Wednesday.
The woman was taken to the hospital for no life-threatening injuries.

The officers also found a costly casing and damaged the wall consistent with the bullet holes and were able to identify suspects who had fled the scene earlier.
More than two hours after the report, police were able to find and arrest the suspect in a house on the 200 block of Crawford Avenue.
The 25-year-old was accused of: aggravating the attack; recklessly releasing the gun to understand the lives or safety of others; pointing at the gun; and not following the order of release.
Investigators believe the incident was targeted.
Police on Wednesday had little details on a part of Pierre Avenue where crime scene videos and traffic were temporarily blocked. Officials will only say they are conducting a “active investigation.”
