Mayor Eric Adams’ case dismissed with prejudice despite Trump admin’s request to allow for later prosecution

A Federal Judge in New York on Wednesday rejected corruption allegations against Mayor Eric Adams, but not the way the Trump administration wants.

Judge Dale Ho has rejected the case with prejudice, which means he cannot be revived.

The Ministry of Justice tried to find the case to release Adams to cooperate with the mayor’s immigration program, but the department wanted the case to be rejected without prejudice, which means it could be re -deposited.
