A Victorian police officer will face a position of sexual assault in NSW after an appearance in the Court on Wednesday.
In a statement, the NSW police revealed that a 32 -year -old Victorian officer was accused of sexual relations without consent for an alleged incident in a Sydney hotel in March.
The police officer has been awarded bail in Melbourne to face a NSW court on Thursday.

The officer was out of service at the time of the alleged crime.
In the statement, a NSW police spokesman said an attack force to investigate the alleged sexual assault of a 38 -year -old woman in a hotel room in Surry Hills last month.
Surry Hills detectives led the investigation.
On Tuesday, the House of the Victorian Police officer was recorded in the Northeast of Melbourne.
He was accused of sexual relations without consent and led the Melbourne magistrates court on Wednesday, the statement said.
The NSW police requested extradition. The police officer received a conditional bond and is expected in the local court of the Sydney Downney Center on Thursday.
