Allison Havemann-Niedrach, 44, allegedly sexually assaulted her “obsessed” middle school teenager, according to court documents.

Havemann-Niedrach is now charged with seven counts of sexual offences against an unidentified boy. The two are in a sexual relationship.

According to police, detectives began investigating Flora 0 Intermediate Teachers when the vice principal said he was concerned about the inappropriate relationship between the teacher and the 8th grade student.

According to the New York Post, a teacher allegedly grabbed Havemann-Niedrach, “rubbed his neck and back” and “flirted with him and noticed her touching his legs.” In addition, the two were having lunch together in her classroom every day.

Mauldin was charged with a crime while teaching at Nathaniel Greene Academy, a Christian Christian about 130 kilometers east of Atlanta.

Three days ago, another former teacher at Nathaniel Greene Academy was also arrested and charged with inappropriate sexual contact – involving the same student.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation launched an investigation into Bonnie Elizabeth Brown, 25, in June 2024, accusing “Brown of having sexual contact with students while hiring a teacher.”

She was a preschool teacher when she was arrested.

According to the boy’s lawyer, he was only 16 years old at the time of the attack.

“There was physical contact between the school and outside the school,” the lawyer said.

The alleged victim added in a statement to the people: “I feel relieved that the two women have been arrested and the crime is being fully investigated.

“These women use their positions as my teacher. My school does not protect me as a kid. I see now and I hope these arrests will protect our communities and our children.”
