The number of people who died in Myanmar after a powerful earthquake rose to 694, and injured 1.670 others, according to the country’s military government.
The head of the military government has ordered a quick rescue effort to the 7.7 SIZE MAKE.
It struck at a level depth of six miles at about 12.50 hours (6.20 hours) on Friday.
The epicenter of the earthquake was about ten kilometers from the second city of Mandalay.
There were also aftershocks, with one measuring a strong 6.4 size 12 minutes later.
Pleasant Thailand was also affected, with eight people dead, eight injured and 79 missing.
