3 victims involved in a shooting at a wilderness park in California

The shooting took place in the Featherly Regional Park in Job Linda on Sunday afternoon, according to a post by X by the Sheriff’s office in Orange County, California, where the Wilderness and Canyon RV park is located.

There was a dispute earlier during the day, after which a man returned to the park and tried to transfer another man with his car, a police officer said in a video posted on X on Sunday night.

The driver then came out of the vehicle and shot two people – “shooting several cartridges on them before turning the gun on himself,” Pio said.

All three victims of firearms were transported to the hospital, the video explained, adding that the person who was hit by the car had suffered minor injuries and was appreciated by firefighters but was not hospitalized.

The conditions of the victims are unknown since Sunday night.

The incident happened to many people, according to police.

It is believed that all the victims and the suspect know each other, staff said, calling it an “isolated incident”.
